$49.75 for most 2000-and-newer passenger cars with our coupon, plus the $8.25 certificate on a pass. Call for the price on diesels and larger vehicles.

Do you test diesels?

Yes — we test diesel vehicles for registration, renewal, out-of-state and change-of-ownership.

Do you smog trucks, vans and motor homes?

Yes. Larger vehicles take a bit more work, so they carry a small add-on over the coupon price — call us for the exact figure.

What is a registration-renewal smog?

It’s the Smog Check the DMV requires before it will renew your registration. We run it, pass you, and e-file the certificate so your renewal can go through.

Can you certify a gross polluter?

Yes. As a STAR test-only station we can inspect and certify gross-polluter and DMV-directed vehicles.

I’m selling my car — do I need a smog?

A change-of-ownership generally requires a smog to transfer the title. We do those every day.
